3. Observation on Teacher(s) in the Classroom

After observing and studying about teacher(s) in the classroom, please write a report on following topics:

1.1 Their planning for teaching

Mr. Bob planned his teaching first. He had prepared all the materials and worksheets before he entered class specifically in English for communication subjects. However, in general English subjects, he did not plan anything because he only needed to follow the material book and explain it to students. After teaching, he returned to his room and immediately examined the assignments of students and marked them.

1.2 Their preparing lessons and materials

. Most of students achieve 50%-100% correct answers. This means that they already understand the lessons delivered by the teacher. However, in terms of materials, the teacher only use simple ones like flascards, whiteboard and marker even if the advanced media are readily available in every class.

1.3 Their teaching in class?

I really like the teaching. He taught students with enthusiasm. He spoke clearly and loudly and gave a big smile to the students. He never gets angry with students. He always gives awards to students who can answer questions by saying 'very good'.

1.4 Their measurement and evaluation?

The teacher uses the question and answer method in the teaching class. He also gave assignments at the end of class, if enough time had to be given that day but if the time was not enough, it would be handed over at the next meeting. and he always gives home work

1.5 Your overall impression to the teacher performances?

Overall, there was a big impression for me for him. The first is the discipline. He always comes to each class on time and checks the student worksheet right after he has finished teaching. The second is his spirit. He is so passionate and always makes students laugh and students do not feel bored studying with him. students appreciate it as a teacher.
